FORNO ORIZZONTALE
The oven mod. S 942/1 dries the compound in the automatic mode. Bottoms and tops going out from the lining machine are put in parallel lines on the oven conveyor belt by one feeder. Then they are conveyed into the heating chamber first, into the drying chamber secondly and finally into the cooling one. All these chambers are insulated by means a double coat. The oven is supplied with a fumes blow-by device for heat regeneration and consequent consumption reduction. At the oven exit, components are stacked and
they are ready for the use. The stacking system depends on the required output. The oven can be fed also with different diameter components. It can be equipped with gas, gasoil or resistor burners. Different temperatures and drying cycle time are set on the electrical control board.
