STRIPES FEEDER MACHINE
Automatic non-stop sheet feeder can be combined whit any press without requiring any special modification. The cycle start command is given by the Operator.
The continuity of blanking and feeding is taken by an electric group fitted on the eccentric shaft of the press, interconnected to the control board of the sheet-feeder
Sheets pack hoisting group is mechanically operated by a worm screw geared motor. To make the pack substitution faster, the loading plane up/down motor has got two speed parameters; speedy during the down stroke and slowly during the up stroke, two tables for the pack rapid substitution can be supplied.
The non-stop device allows the continuous working even during the pack substitution. Sheets are lifted by means of suckers operated by one pump for vacuum. They are put on magnetic bars and later fed to the die by means of one mechanical step by precision carriage. The sheets feeding carriage is operated by means of electric linear motor.
On request can be supplied the scrap extraction group and the scrap jamming control device.
