AUTOMATIC SPOT WELDING MACHINE FOR CLIPS WITH HANDLE

Automatic machine. In the base version it is made up of top exfoliator and welding head; tops are conveyed from the exfoliator to the head by means of step by carriage. The machine can be equipped with two oleodynamic presses depending on the kind of production required: the oleodynamic presses are positioned between the separator and the welding head. The first press makes the hole for the application of the spout on the top, while the second makes the cap riveting, if required. Vibrators feed clips, while handles are preloaded in a blade. In case are produced tops with clips of different kind, the machine can be equipped with carriages for the vibrators, which allow a rapid replacement of all the feeding group.
