CURLING LINING MACHINE + STACKER
Automatic single station curling lining machine equipped with one head for the curling and lining operations on the bottoms and the covers. The machine consists of a welded steel frame, on which are installed one working head which makes the curling, by double rollers; and applies the compound ( if required ), by spraying nozzle.

The bottom coming from the press are stacked in a proper destacker. One bottom a time is feed to the working plane in phase with the step by step carriage. The bottoms feeding to the operating heads is made by a transfer carriage with mechanical parallel shaft indexer. The chuck lifting and the curling roller feeding are mechanically connected to the transfer carriage motorization. Frequency convertors for the carriage motor drive and motors for the chuck rotation allow to change its speed. The contrast chuck, on the lining station and the precurl station, are installed on arms which have to be lifted up manually in case of intervention. A motorized entry conveyor belt keeps a constant bottoms feeding flow. The working sequence is guaranteed by a pneumatic control system assisted by a bottom detecting device. The machine can be provided with an end-stacker or a pusher into the compound drying oven.
